turn you're okay wrist shot into a great wrist shot!!
Good Basic Tips For On
Ice
-Get as many pucks as possible, pick a place to shoot
from, and shoot at least 300 pucks with no brakes, it increases your arm
strength so you have a harder wrist shot
- Start at the blue line, skate down to the goal
and pick a place you want to shoot, for example pick top right corner and keep
shooting until you hit that spot at least 10 times
-To have a great wrist shot, you need upper body
strength, so lift weights, do push-ups, and pull-ups. Those exercises will
definitely increase your upper body strength.
Basic Off Ice Tips
-Just shoot, shoot, shoot
-Aim for one spot and keep shooting at it, but once
you hit that place enough, choose a different place so you can shoot everywhere
in the goal
-You don't just have to use hockey pucks, you can use lacrosse balls,
baseballs, softballs, stick handling balls, etc
