Good Basic Tips For On Ice
-Get as many pucks as possible, pick a place to shoot from, and shoot at least 300 pucks with no brakes, it increases your arm strength so you have a harder wrist shot

- Start at the blue line, skate down to the goal and pick a place you want to shoot, for example pick top right corner and keep shooting until you hit that spot at least 10 times

-To have a great wrist shot, you need upper body strength, so lift weights, do push-ups, and pull-ups. Those exercises will definitely increase your upper body strength.
                                                Basic Off Ice Tips

-Aim for one spot and keep shooting at it, but once you hit that place enough, choose a different place so you can shoot everywhere in the goal
